Loose cannon?
Last time he was in what exactly were the problems he caused as a so called loose cannon?
Was it that he made the NATO countries pay up their deficit dues?
Was it because he berated the EU for buying their gas off Russia, and sending their money to Putin, instead of putting their money into NATO defences?
Was it because he told them that buying their energy off Russia was putting them at risk of being held captive?
