Well that's interesting cos the HC resident Lefthards have been telling me Sniffy Joe couldn't do anything about the borders cos the Republicans are controlling the border security purse strings for The Donald. Effectively they claim The Donald currently controls the borders and he's letting them in to make Dems look bad.

So can we be clear Sniffy Joe is the Pres, and sniffy is in charge of border security.
