Trump will almost ignore most of the big cities (they will go to Biden), run scare campaigns in the swing states, then slow down the US Postal Service (he's doing that already) and get the Republican Governors in those swing states to rule most late mail ballots invalid. Even with only 46% of the popular vote or less, there are still pathways for Trump to engineer the appearance of victory and claim the Presidency.
