LOL you are asking another poster to prove whether Biden can handle foreign relations.
Biden has had a lifetime of experience in politics and succeeded in becoming the 46th President of the USA dispatching the reality TV showman and buffoon who embarrassed himself and the USA in foreign relations around the globe. In time we will know how Biden performs in various areas of responsibility. Partisan commentary here is not really meaningful..
Its a tad silly to believe its the responsibility of any one person whether a Trump or a Biden in the matter of relations with other countries. They take advice from a myriad of sources. Unfortunately in Trumps case the people he appointed were not much good and quite a few had to depart..
Not enough time has passed to judge Biden's performance in this area. With Trump we had four years and didn't turn out to well because he personally had no idea on this topic and because he wouldn't take advice from qualified people but rather from dubious characters whom he then had to sack and some lol faced criminal proceedings. So much so that in his terms dying days he then used his Presidential powers to pardon them. Crazy stuff.
Given the above it's no wonder that Biden or the drovers dog would likely do a better job in foreign relations than the Trump administration.
