Israel itself admits to killing Jews on the 7th. They wont say how many they killed, just that the IDF caught fleeing Jews in the crossfire.

Hamas were targeting IDF soldiers on the 7th , it was a planned operation that Israel knew all about as they have been closely monitoring Hamas for decades.

So Israel left the border open and unguarded for Hamas to go and take out a couple hundred IDF soldiers then take hostages as a way to get out alive. .
Israel chose to massacre their own civilians to prevent any Hamas from escaping .
Hamas was after soldiers, not civilians. hostages that were released all testified they had been well treated.
Israel used helicopter gunships to fire indiscriminately into crowds of fleeing civilians and tanks to blow up entire Jewish families homes suspecting a hamas fighter might be inside hiding .

Many analysts are saying that the IDF accounted for the vast majority of all Jews killed on the 7th, so I am wondering how Hamas would fare in a court of law.
In a proper trial , much better than Israel I'd say.
