Don't watch if you want actual deeper truths to be aired...the 1st world needs real journalists!.

Man, this was painful to watch...that the world is watching a POTUS like Biden in the middle of a unfolding crisis is flat-out surreal.

Regarding real journalists I've stumbled upon one, and there's not a lot, in the midst of research on the Afghani situation. He's a Aussie by the name of Michael Ware, a war zone reporter known for embedding in some of the world's most troubled hotspots.

Ware is currently contributing to Sky and News with some uniquely prescient and timely analysis. A breath of fresh air amongst the group-think of most MSM reporters.

For example, in today's Tele he addressed the line that the Taliban are hunting down former govt operatives:

The Taliban need the bureaucrats who have been keeping the country running for the past two decades.

Fighters going door-to-door identifying government workers is ominous. It poses a dire threat for US military translators, but it also reflects their desperate need for all of those workers who keep the proverbial trains running on time.
