    Could Xanamem help / have helped save Biden's presidency ?
    Could he early enrol for the Alzheimer's trial , with a 50% chance of being given Xanamem and experience improved cognition & reduced fogginess or , could the FDA approve special immediate use of the drug if deemed of national importance?
