...it seems so insane bringing a retarded cripple into this world to have a quarter life while its parents and family lives are ruined and a ridiculous drain on the financial system paying for a full time carer for life in some cases.
Women should be able to abort by choice and abortion of totally mentally retarded people that will need 24 hour care should be compulsory , maybe use those funds to feed someone perfectly normal who is about to starve to death in Africa etc..a half life for a life ...
