    I believe that the market thinks that JRV has has lost out because the (current) ICO project is fully funded for an 8 year mine and thus no need for US Gov funding. The big question here is what happens if the current infill drilling proves up a much bigger mine life?

    Why did the Idaho State Gov give JRV a tax concession for 14 years on a supposed a mine that has a supposed 8 year mine life?
