    This is why a number of US U stocks rose o/night.
    Surprised Pen haven't informed market? Will have a few other U companies nervous. Perfect for Pen however.
    Bidens law stipulates-
    "Before an agency grants a waiver ... the agency (granting agency) shall provide ... a detailed justification for the use of goods, products, or materials that have not been mined" in the U.S.

    Perfect for US producers.
