    An interesting link. I think the crunch of it came at the 3min:10sec point where it is clear that the May 2007 offers were lower than the current offers due to the credit crunch - hence the rejection.

    I also just happened to watch 7 news and eyeballed some Coates road barriers in the CBD for APEC.

    Bring on the advertising for COA!
