    I don't understand what is going on with this company. In the body of their financial report released today they have said that they are still considering external offers. In the Herald Sun it is reported that the Directors have rejected all takeover offers. On the back of a terrible result what right do they have to reject ourside offers? Is this acting in the best interestes of the shareholders?
