it is blatantly obvious that most of the volume on the sell side are the same people. They seem to force it down. Who knows why. Perhaps if it rises to quickly they'll run out of selling volume. In the long run Peregrine does hold 12mill shares and I dont believe the stock can fall too far with them holding such a large chunk and anot being able to sell
