Just curious whether others have had the experience of when selling (or buying) and having all the bids (or offers) withdrawn after putting up your order.
Say, for example, pre-existing 100k bids at 1.000, then put in order for 50k sell at 1.000. Outcome all bids disappear (and move to 0.995). No transactions registered for that time, and my order sits alone.
I have noticed this sort of behaviour a number of times. Seems the automated trading systems can smell real money coming on the table.
Can't quite see where the "increased liquidity" comes in?
