    The way the stock sticks to around .008 .009 indicates to me that the coy has had a sail fothered to the hull by some one - ( I think that the right term for putting a sail over an otherwise unpluggable hole in the hull.)

    So we the minnows clinging to the hull just have to grit our teeth and wait.
