I didn't see MOD's posting as negative in any way, other than his (disgruntled) views on the current management. There's nothing new about the bad blood between him and the board/management. For the record, MOD presided over a lot more share value destruction than the current management & board and left a legacy of technical strength, but financial weakness and no realistic sales of the tech.

I did like the way MOD sounded like he could be approached (ie the comment about David Pashen not speaking with him). My understanding is that the management have approached him on many occasions and he was recalcitrant. That's a shame, really, because I think he has so much value to add in the technical arena.
