    The thing is, we don't have a listing time frame, yet I'd imagine it will be weeks away at least.

    Can the company hold back on their U ann till then, I wonder?

    If there are no anns, or just a trickle of minor anns re the spin off, the little fish will probably keep jumping. So maybe I shall hold off and observe and wait to pounce.
