Hi @Drugo, according to the AFR article dated 06/09/22 (below) the amount WMC owes lenders is $77 Million of which about $57 Million is Mercuria (which seems quite a bit more than your $40 Million). Maybe there's some hefty penalties involved for WMC's second suspension & inability to pay Mercuria on time.

Apparently Amicca are hoping to have the WMC sale done & dusted by December. Only time will tell.
