Geezer, do you thinnk this takeover will this be a creeping tender where the shares are bought on market thus forcing them much higher?
If so I would expect $5 very quickly, but I can't imagine the takeover company willing to pay that much. $4 maybe, but not over $5.
I know lots of people here would disagree with me and say that the shareprice is worth $7+
