PDude, please dont get me wrong, it was not aimed at you. It has been other people at other posts. I understand the the principle of the 'falling knife' and the certainty of the announcmenet before some move into a stock. I personal believe that ELK, in comparision to some other stocks has been languishing at a price way below what it should have due to the credit crisis and stock market crisis, with out many looking at the fundemtal. the fall in the price to the 37c was based on very small sales and not from dumps - people getting out for what ever reason.
Had elk been at the $1 plus range, then the 'waiting' for the confirmed news would be appropriate. but at sub 70c, buying on expectation was worth the risk.
