Since we're dealing with businesses here, by default I would assume they are talking about 10 business days. I doubt they are going to get anyone to work on analysing samples over the weekends.

And they *could* announce sooner, but I'm betting that unless there is some delay in getting the results they will leave it till the last possible moment so they can double and or triple-check. The more they find the better the announcement, and it's not likely to slump within the next 5 business days so there is no reason for them to be any quicker than that.
