Good to see this sort of honesty from a banker...... I get tired of the "lack of housing supply" argument, which probably fits in with the "robust population growth/non-resident investor demand"...... but the banks lowering lending standards and manipulation of interest rates is the biggest problem that has fueled the bubbles.
