I've been reading of a property bubble in Australia for at least 15 years now........with regular announcements by "experts" that there will be a massive crash within 6 months and sell everything.
Like a broken clock I'm sure one day this prediction will come true but no one know when that will happen........maybe it will be next year, maybe 5 years from now, maybe 10 or 15.........the truth is no one can predict these things with any accuracy.
