I'm heavily invested in AVZ, but I have been keeping a close interest in 4ce but not yet pulled the trigger. Mainly due to the risk associated with neighbouring AVZ potential transport/infrastructure costs. In a recent tweets, JB did state that 4ce is not subject to any of these infraucture issues. Can someone please tell me the how this is true when 4ce is neighbouring AVZ which should have the same inherent transport/infrastructure issues due to its location. I'm probably missing something but would like someone to clarify this. Thanks in advance.
