I am thinking it is more a matter of drifting down.

The US consumer not looking active, and therein lay FPA's most lucrative (and until GFC the growth) market.

NZ consumer also on holiday, so with markets no.1 & 3 looking worse we'd need some good news imho to stop a slide.

Rather than expecting good news I'd say the market is apprehensive of a downbeat trading update at the AGM on the 23rd.

I am holding, but not brave enough to buy more. Could simply go either way imho.
