How can it be a "pump and dump"
- without any news or even rumors (no pumping)?
- small amounts of shares traded (no real dumping)
- at a SP level that is ridiculously low?

Sure, some traders are playing silly games. But as an investor, any buy of YTC under 20 cents is a great deal. Unless gold+copper prices go down a lot from here at the same time (unlikely, imO, because either the US economy recovers (helping the copper price), or we'll see lots of money printing).

Personally I'd love to see us go back to 15 cents again for a day or two, because I now have some cash ready to buy more ...
