Grasshopper, have you thought about sending your analysis to BIG to see if they agree with it? You've put a lot of work into this and it should be easy enough for them to follow what you are trying to get at. Once again it paints a scenario which is far too much in favour of FCC and the terms need to be renegotiated. You've highlighted that termination won't be something that can be achieved overnight.
