    At first the logical thinking with the sponsorship pool would be to think that it is inclusive of all components however towards the end of their 2nd response letter dated the 22nd February it becomes clear this pool is actually the security deposits.

    and then if you go back to see what 20 (d) (iii) actually is you find it is the 41% security deposit.
