Good analysis so far but I will ask a few more question in my next post.
You correctly identify that customer on boarding could reach a plateau, and the plateau could be increased by faster turn around that would require a more efficient operation or increasing the available video production resource.
What other actions could management take to ‘raise’ the plateau level?
Management could seek ways to improve the videoacceptance rate of customers.
What actions do you see that might be effective?
