It does seem to be capped. We get a good announcement and it breaks away for that day or part thereof and then drops back to the same range again. Pretty odd if you ask me. Just look at the monthly chart, only real peak in the price was the day of the last announcement and then it falls back to the 50 day moving average.
Imo it's only a matter of time before this has a true breakout to the upside. There's been no negative news and we can see the videos are continuously being published on YouTube.
