Yes i think there are those risks you mention.
The best thing is they've come out and told the truth, and they understand the mess they are in.
In normal circumstances the SP would keep falling imo, but i dont think whats been going on here is normal, the market has forced them to tell the truth. imo So one way i look at it is the SP was $8, we are now at 80c or so, To me that means the value of this share has been 90% discounted.
The question i ask myself is, Is SGH worth more than 10% of what it was?
