Financial close has been effected - so this is not just a contract. This is a game changer! I don't see any chance of BJT not being able to service its debts. Even if BJT were forced to realise their whole propety portfolio at 18% off book value - each share is worth 76 cents from my humble calculations. This should be the baseline - 76 cents per share. (Hey - knock off 10% - then 69 cents)
Still huge cashflow, so not worth liquidating portfolio, and should be no need to do so.
