The original conditions must still apply. I know they have already cashed my cheque. One cannot just take the money and then change the contractual terms in any normal contract, especially if means changing the quantity or quality goods you have paid for (i.e. the quantity of shares you have paid ) by varying dates
I note that there is a statement "The Company reserves the right to vary these dates without notice", but there is a clear statement in the Prospectus that "you will pay no more than 20.0c per share) Personally, I think there is no intention of the Company to bend any rules. The press release (29/5/09) is poorly worded in the sentence " and accordingly all subsequent associated dates" and I suggest the Company gets out a clarification PDQ!
