    Hi pikapika.

    My main point was, if they make the announcement to-day, why does it take to the last day of an expected date that was announced a few months ago. Why not 3-7 or11 days ago?
    Why make an announcement 90 days off from an expected announcement date and leave it to the last of the 90 days?
