    Even searching on PDY using the paper's own search box doesn't bring it up still.

    I thought PDY acquiring the IP had or was already happening.
    That was the message I got out of all the trumpets and fanfare going off at the time.
    Now we learn shareholder approval is necessary... I must have missed something.
    So when does this IP acquisition go to the vote?
    How much longer do we need to string this out?
