I have no idea.....however, I guess maybe wikileaks wants the current 'new release of todays foreign documents' to get a proper airing and maximum exposure.....before releasing the next bombshell...about the banks otherwise the current release will be swept aside, and not get the exposure that is warranted....
this procedure is the opposite to the current govnuts policy of leaking the bad news Friday arvo...after all the journo's have gone home for the weekend....ie it gets lost...is not reported on...is hidden
whereas if they want to put smoke in your eyes....they hold a press conference....put it all out in front...in your face...
