@LewisB grahem said the OFS will not be released until it times with the EPA approval as there's no point releasing a study then having to readjust all ur costs again cause EPA was delayed 12 months. when he mentioned it he said that could take 6-12 or 18 months from now. I wasn't impressed with the 18 months comment but I think the EPA are more to blame more then anyone. how can it take 6 years to get an approval in the middle of nowhere!
