If ‘eking out’ is the same as ‘regurgitating’ I guess it depends on the attitude of the reader?
Personally I find reinforcing certain points is a great way to set things in my own memory.
- which is then a good position from which to dive into new discoveries.
I also find trying to stay on topic ( ie whatever company I’m learning about) is far more relevant to others than posting for the sole reason of sneering at others.
But hey - ‘whatever turns you on’ right?
