Post all you like about the benefits of it, or the parties involved, but please never again speak of the premium that TMT shareholders achieved. You have no idea (you tried telling us we were losing out because we were diluting the company we were joining!) and it really has no relevance now that it is in the past. Other pro-AVL holders have let it go.
