Consolidating of the price mate. Nothing to do with the number of shares on offer. (far too early in the program for that IMO)

I simply mean that if we hold a SP of $0.40 at the end of a trading week it is a very good sign for upward movement in the following week(s).
Friday arvo is well known for people withdrawing their money from spec stocks to avoid being trapped in them if something happens over a trading break (weekend).
