How can one make an informed decission with out a DFS ?

If you absolutely need one, and can't assemble data from plenty of information around, try the company announcements and the JORC for starters, then its an easy decision for you. You don't bother to buy and you go fishing elsewhere.

I met your criteria and stuck to the issue.
