What we need to see from BOA is a set of close in maps showing SIR's tenements and the BOA tenements, together with the magnetics, mapped and interpreted geology, structures, mineralised trends etc. So far they have produced very little. The map in the Prospectus shows some interesting gold geochemistry, but it would seem that that area is to the east of the Nova trend projected NW.

I would also have thought that given the discovery of Nova and events since, that the company should be changing focus from the plan outlined in the Prospectus. Some companies consider that they must commit to expending funds raised on the plans outlined in the Prospectus, but clearly when things change as much as they have here, the Board should rapidly refocus their efforts. They can always hold an EGM to obtain shareholder approval for the revised plan should they need to do so. However, in a case such as this, I very much doubt whether they would need to.
