good point, though i do still always keep an eye on the futures, gives an indication of general sentiment.
Not expecting earnings reports to be very good, a fund manager in the USA said last week they were planning ot sell into any strength, we seen 3 down days in a row after that, with last night being flat.
earnings are expected to be low, however this may now be already factored in.
