This is now a stapled stock and as a fair amount of the income comes from a property portfolio the tax is derfered rather than franked.
Still at 10% Dividend it would take a 7% stock fully franked to equal it.
But if you dont like it dont buy.
A good solid income stock with management that think like shareholders a most unusual mix.
