Yes he lives in Guernsey one of the Channel Islands and became a substantial holder Nov 2006.
There is also a Simon Jones who lives there with a large holding. Jones became a substantial holder mid 2007.
They must be true believers to have sunk so much into BTR and to have hung on faithfully during the downturn.
