Florey seemed unable to close a financing deal to get AIM going properly. Even when zinc prices were very high he appeared to flip from one finance option to another, even to flirt with different share market listings (Toronto). We saw a succession of bankers and brokers come on board but a deal was never finalised to actually carry AIM through to production. Difficult to deal with,greedy?
On a more personal note he rewarded himself with millions of options/shares, even though the share price languished and few things actually got completed
He had a geology background but few managerial/financial abilities.
