Flory had a fund manager/ broker background. He had no mining operations experience and no geological background. He was however lucky enough to be sitting on some fantastic geology. That's why I love the potential that this company has. BHP has to move for phase 4 at Mumbwa by February so exciting times are ahead for shareholders with Scott Lowe now running the show.
