Accumulation appears to have been going on for a few weeks now. If so, it's been well done as each time it has been bought up, then buyers allow sellers to bring it back down so they can have another shot.

With drilling expected to start next week they might not be able to continue this, so may well have to buy at the higher prices, if it runs.
