My wife was in the same boat (ex worker, pulling divi's but not reinvesting) Luckily she was still recieving share notices and newsletters/annuals.
I found they moved the shares from Computershare to Link Market Services around 2017?? Should be able to track it down there
As she could log on somehow and changed to reinvest shares instead of getting a small little divi check
