They removed the thread because of a personal attack in the thread so the whole thread was removed.....might be a technical reason why they have to do this.
Unfortunate,but not a restriction of free speech,rather it was a cleaning up of the site from those who want to be personal or be disruptive to stock discussions.
Perhaps they should just remove the offending post instead of the whole thread?
